Lol. I love it when people start to assume. I have a healthy family, no need to (fake) worries about me. Also, OP is not a minor. If he was a minor the whole story would change. Yes, mom needs professional support but she won’t. There are people like that and she’s doing what she can do to protect herself from hurt. She put up with this for 10 years which OP was an adult 6 of those years.
