From what I've seen lately of friends going down a similar mental illness path, it is all consuming , totally irrational and will continue to make life hell (as well as very expensive) for those who do everything to support them. Fiancee is right to jump ship now , as much as it sucks for everyone.

I would leave and say you don't want the relationship anymore. I would also keep the new relationship on the down low for awhile so your “roommate” doesn't make things worse for you. Good luck OP, you deserve to be happy!
