There is no reason for a 22 year old man, working in his career, to be friends with a 15 year old girl with years left of high school and living with her parents. That is creepy as hell. It’s not illegal (now), but it doesn’t wash away how gross it was when this started. Would you now, at 18, want to be chatting daily with a 13 year old boy? I’m assuming not.
It’s always a red flag for me if your partner won’t quit doing a thing you ask them to stop doing if it’s a) a reasonable boundary and b) something that would literally have no negative impact on their lives if they stopped doing the thing.
There are situations for compromising, but this isn’t one of them. It’s not a big request to ask someone not to post suggestive or flirty things on a picture that is of anyone other than you.

I'm sorry, but if you go on Reddit looking for advice (especially, in this case, when the looker for advice is in their THIRTIES), and allow yourself to be swayed by internet strangers, that's on the rhetorical you. I can't tell if you're so fragile that strangers' opinions alone will cause you to make a massive life choice, and since the majority of people seem to understand that Reddit is…you know, REDDIT, I'm not going to lowest-common-denominator myself because some folks are more impressionable than silly putty.
