I think shes being a bit selfish here, with not wanting to have an end date or even let you come for part of the trip. This is her dream, but your relationship is not a part of it apparently. When i was going through this, I did see a therapist. And her response was to look at the relationship from a compatibility standpoint and for me to talk about what i liked and didnt like.
Ultimately i made the decision that it was not something i wanted to resent her for in the future and we broke up. I wanted her to be happy and i wanted to feel fulfilled. It was hurting my mental health to feel the way i did and it was much better afterwards when i got with someone who had a similiar sexual compatibility.

I’m here to say its a pretty good tactic to combat narcissism. As a child of narcissists, I know a thing or two about combatting their petty tactics.
If nothing else, fighting fire with fire will throw her off her game, she might be used to OP being a doormat and caving to her childish attitude. How else do you get through to someone like that when its obvious as day they’re wrong? Showing your belly won’t work. Speaking logically while they still fee they have the upper hand will fall on deaf ears.
Evening the okaying field will set things back to at least her trying to figure out what she did wrong that OP won’t talk to her. She’ll cave, and you can finally lay out the behavior for what it is.
Otherwise, giving her the silent treatment will drive her away, and they can break up, which is the healthier option if she won’t change her behavior, which is something that OP nor any of us can control.
