First up She doesn’t have to get your permission to go out. And she doesn’t need to promise you that she wouldn’t do anything to make you uncomfortable.
She didn’t cheat on you she went clubbing with friends. Friends probably changed plans last minute, and I’m struggling to determine what boundary of yours she walked all over that you’ve set.

I’m sorry but your post seems like you do feel insecure in your relationship. It’s unhealthy to control someone. You either respect one another and communicate efficiently with one another other wise it’s not a strong relationship. Communication, trust and honesty are the foundations of a good relationship, these will come naturally. If you have to force it or put out rules then you’re not compatible or there’s a toxic one in it. At 22 you’re both learning but reading this it’s not going to be a forever thing. If she’s got a habit of lying it’s a issue. If she’s lying so she doesn’t get into “Trouble” then it’s a even bigger issue.
