3. This problem will solve itself. It really depends on how serious your relationship is and how much you know about her finances. Is it a mistake by the CC company and she could normally cover this no problem with her income and you have no reason to believe you're not going to be reimbursed within 24 hours?

   If that isn't the case though, I mean I can see why she'd be upset that you couldn't help her but what was her actual expectation and DO YOU even have the funds to cover such an expense?

   Did she offer to reimburse you?

   If my girlfriend had this issue and she had asked me I would have done it because I know her and I trust her and I know she would have reimbursed me within minutes of the transaction completing. It'd be a BIG deal if she asked me to do that though.
