It's okay to not be ready to have sex for any reason. It's understandable to feel sad or uncomfortable that he's unhappy. Either way, you need to do what's best for you. If you care for your boyfriend and you're just not there yet, you can reassure him that you love him, you just need some time. Before she has gotten herself together and has managed her PPD, she should definitely not be having another kid. That will really suck all the life out of you. If she's overwhelmed now, she'll be fried with two. Especially if one is a high need baby.
