The reality is, you might also be a little upset at the direct knowledge that she’s simultaneously entertaining other sexual connections.
Personally, I’d take it in stride and cross that bridge if and when you begin talking about more serious relationship things.
That is why most ppl are advising you not to confront but to dump her. Only confront her if you want her to apologise and then for you to forgive her after some love bombing. Then you get upset when she learns that there are no actual consequences of cheating and does it again.
Yo, it's not your job to protect her. She's an adult and she can do that for herself.
Really sorry OP but there might not be a way back from that. This is a betrayal at least equivalent to cheating. You went behind his back, disregarded his feelings, disregarded his clear boundaries, and simply decided you knew better than him. I honestly don’t know I’d ever forgive you in a similar situation. Other then abjectly apologize and give him space not sure what else to do.
