Also, what makes it harder to move on is not knowing if he actually loves me or not. I already tried to forget about him but thoughts about “what if he actually likes me, but is too shy to make a move”. These thoughts gives me some (false) hope and I cant move on. Hey, there’s no shame in that. Trust me, most people have been there! I was in your exact position once at your age. It’s very hard to force yourself to move on, but it will be worth it. Our brains become attached to ppl and it’s really an addiction. Gotta think about it like you’re slowly weaning yourself off of a relationship/person.
