It is. I know. I've experienced that myself and observed it in other relationships. I've been expected to and did inevitably sacrifice for my ex's job a few years back. It bit him in the butt though because I ended things and after well over two years he's still creeping on my LinkedIn. Granted, it wasn't for the sacrificing for his career alone, but many other issues that tend to arise when men expect more than they should from their women. As for your observation, the numerous fights isn't surprising. I'd be in that group, too. lol
