1) I agree with you breaking up with your ex-gf after she accused you, unfairly, of cheating.
2) I agree that you shouldn't have taken your ex-gf back after your trust was broken with her unfounded accusations.
3) This OP is accusing her husband of cheating based on multiple occasions of untrustworthiness. She has his behaviors and the reactions of many coworkers to his behaviors in addition to his refusal to show his texts to her.
4) Understanding that this may blow up her marriage (for the exact same reasons it blew up your relationship), I think she should DEMAND to see the text messages with Kelly. If it turns out he's cheating (emotionally or physically), then she can make a decision whether to stay or not. If it turns out he's not cheating, then her husband can feel free to divorce her and I believe she'll be no worse off than she is now because she already has no trust in him, he disrespects her in front of their subordinates at work, and he's generally dismissive of her feelings. She's not losing a whole lot by obtaining a divorce!
