3. Unless you need to be in contact with your ex ( example children or coworker) or want a future relationship or dealing with items ; consider blocking them?

   Do you want them to reach out to you with uncomfortable messages? Sometimes a heads up is nice. Is the place big enough to not run into eachother ? You could try to move the dates and not say anything to ur ex?

   Me and my gf get “agressive” in bed too, I even get a little more aggressive after I've been drinking. Even when I'm piss drunk I listen to her and understand when I'm being too rough or doing something she doesn't want to. What he did was not ok no matter how much he drank. Please please leave him and get to safety
