Not this exact situation but I and many people in this world have been in relationships with horrible people who treat you like shit, and felt trapped in those relationships.

The sooner you end it the sooner you can move on and start to heal. Start making arrangements. Whose name is on the lease? Is there someone you can move to temporarily after you do it?
