I'm a millennial and I cannot fathom doing that to my parents or in-laws. In fact, I'm a SAHM and maybe would like a break, but I would never even ASK them. I might take them up on an offer but they've done enough for us as parents and grandparents. I could never burden them that way. Plus… I really like spending time with my kids.
