3. “Hey honey, I'm sorry I was perceived as rude. I was really tired and had a headache, wasn't really in a socializing mood”. Instead of digging your heels in, because, let's face it, not addressing company IS rude.

   I said, ” Ok, cool, I'm going to lie down for a bit” and went into our bedroom( we on-line in a 1 bedroom apt. btw)

   So you didn't even look at the person and just walked by while saying this? That's rude.
