My husband (M33) threatening me (F30) to cut off my allowance and provide money just for food alone

Feeling frustrated and emotionally confused. My husband seems to be limiting my access to finances, threatening to cut off my allowance, and only providing enough money for basic necessities like food. I feel like I have no rights in managing our finances, as he justifies his actions by accusing me of always spending on an on-line shopping app to buy home items. (By the way, we're newlyweds and our household items aren't complete yet.) His excuse is that I shouldn't buy too many things because we tend to move frequently due to his job. I understand, but I swear I only buy things that we ACTUALLY need. As a woman, I take pride in creating a warm and cozy home environment, but now I feel reduced to a mere housemaid – doing laundry, cooking, cleaning the house, and taking care of his needs. This situation has left me feeling deeply hurt and questioning my worth. What are your insights on this matter?
