Yup, that is exhausting.
In a relationship, you have a responsibility to self-regulate so you're not constantly dumping mental loads on your partner.
This reminds me an ex. We worked together. Every car ride home. 30 minutes of venting. It was exhausting. Strange thing was, the people she hated on, were people I actually enjoyed and got along with. I came to the conclusion… maybe my gf is the toxic one?…. So, there's that thought.
However, 3 hours of crying because she cannot contain her emotions, seems like therapy territory.
If I caught myself in this situation today, I could see myself saying something like:
Hey, I love our relationship and it has so much to offer.
And I enjoy the positive things about you in life. And sometimes I find that all you can talk to me is about the negative things.
Now, you know I will always be someone you can talk to about issues, or frustrations. Sometimes we do need to vent. And that is okay.
However, the frequency that you do it, is putting a strain on me and I am having a naked time in accepting this as healthy behaviour for our relationship.
I want to hear about the good things in your day. Not always the bad.
When I see you cry for 3 hours straight, it makes me question if you're doing okay in general.
Is there anything more bothering you in life? Because if there is, I want to help you through it. If you want to go through some therapy, I will be by your side throughout.
I just want to you be the best version of yourself that you were.

If you are underage and you send send dic pic to another person, yes. It's considered cp.
If you are an adult of legal age and send it to another person unconsensually, then you can be arrested, probably a misdemeanour.
If you are an adult of legal age and send it to a underage person, you are in a world of trouble and you would be charged with cp.
