There are reasons why getting your license to practice in one state is NOT valid in all states. Even their fines are different. What you are referencing is for Texas, from what I could find. If I'm reading this wrong and you are open to pursuing exhibitionist stuff with him – are you interested in making videos with him and posting them wherever he is? – then he might not feel a need to do the solo stuff any more. But assuming you're not into it, as it doesn't sound like you are, this seems like a good way for him to pursue part of his sexuality you're not into without involving you or posing any risk to you, physical or social.
So either pretend you didn't see what you did – and don't snoop in the future (I've never gone through my girlfriend's files, on an external or internal nude drive, and on occasions where I've had cause to use her computer, I've just ignored whatever folders and browser tabs she's had open; if I noticed some were porn in passing, I'd consider it private and ignore it, not watch it) – or bring it up with him if you want to join him.
