It's not that you were easy to control, per se, but he always knew where you were at, which was at home, waiting for him. He only wants you to be friends with his friends' wives because, again, he'd know where you are, who you are with, and likely know everything you say and do.
Those comments he's been making? Gross, and disrespectful as heck. Does he truly think you would cheat on him? Then that is something to address. If my friends even said such things, I'd likely be cutting them out of my life because how freaking rude?
That’s really my biggest fear. Well, my other fear is that I end up committing to long distance, then over time finding myself unhappy with it and having to break it off and hurting her even more. She thinks I don’t love her and that I’ve lied because of my hesitance towards long distance but it would really be different if it was short term.
