None of this is healthy. Leave. And get your own counselor. What happens in his therapy session is none of your business. Likewise, you only know what he tells you, not what’s said. Either way his therapy is not about you nor should it be. Focus on yourself and maybe ask why you’re willing to stay in a relationship that is so unhealthy.
