I don’t know how to feel, I’m just kind of stunned and sitting in the car drinking a beer trying to think it out (car is parked in my driveway).
My wife and I have been together for 5 years, and she was still talking to her exes when we first became official. A few dates in before we were official, she fucked both of them in 2 days so it’s been a touchier topic for me. We weren’t official or anything at the time so I can’t really do anything about it but it’s just slightly bugged me how she was still talking to both of her exes several months after we became official. All this to say, her exes were a big problem for me in the beginning of our relationship and it killed me a bit inside.
Flash forward to now, she completely cut contact with both of them several years ago, we got married, and currently have a 15 month old daughter. I noticed a notification come through on her phone today (she left it on her pillow right next to me while I was playing FIFA so it wasn’t like I went snooping, I trust her enough to not do that). But it was some girl saying “hell yeah dump his ass!” On this app for women to talk to other women, specifically moms. I thought this was someone telling her to dump me, and I was confused because I’ve never done anything for anyone to say that. So I looked to see what she posted, but it was just a girl commenting on something she had also commented on. Then this is where I kind of went snooping, because she never talks about this app and I didn’t even know she’s posted on it.
I see her most recent post was a poll that asked “Do you imagine someone else while you’re having sex with your husband?” And that just threw me off because we were solid and i wouldn’t have guessed she thought like that.
I asked her about it tonight and she said she just imagines herself in different scenarios, but then I asked if she imagined anyone specific. At first she said no, and then said sometimes she imagines me being this random pornstar she knows by name. Then I asked if it’s ever anyone she knows personally, and she said I don’t want to know. I immediately got a vibe and said point blank “is it your exes?” She said yeah, and then went on trying to make me feel better about it but I’m just kind of stunned. I don’t know what to think of this, if it were like a pornstar or celebrity it’d be a different story, but her exes?
I don’t know how to go about this or what to think of it, I’m completely knocked off guard.

they’re not going to be a couple (I don’t think) I’m mainly concerned about if this is strange behavior or if I should delete my insta bc I’m too insecure
That is contributing the problem… you're looking for other people to fill your void, instead of being someone who fills your own void.
And lets say if you broke up, you'd go back to the same pattern… seeking other people to occupy you.
You need to occupy yourself and be happy in life without another person… Unfortunately, I think the actual solution would be to be single for a while to focus on yourself.
But here we are, in a relationship when you're not ready for it.
Not a lost cause right now. You can develop your own life while in a relationship. Start introducing more friends into your life, start developing your own hobbies, literally anything that is an addition to your life so you're not dependant on your partner to entertain you.
He needs to stop jerking off so much. That will fix him right up.
