The short answer in this, is your the third wheel. Is something still happening between the two, who knows.
For him to still hang out with her by themselves and she is so cold with you. Pushes you out of conversations, tells me that he either still likes her or is still with her. He will never put you first, which is what is needed. So either sit down, talk to him and tell him what is needed for the relationship to continue or walk away and don't look back.
