Personaly i have a younger sister and if one of my best friend was to tell me that he had a crush on her i would be okay with it i know im not really the majority that thinks like that but in my opinion it's less scary to leave your sister to someone you know rather than a total stranger.
You said you want to stay put in the relationship so you just have to accept the reality. She doesn't want to have sex with you due to whatever reason.
Even if you've “forgiven” her infidelity, she still is capable of having her own agency to not want to have sex with you (whether out of 'guilt' or feeling 'dirty' or out of her still having sex with other people, etc)…and she has to be the one to change her mind over this, you can't force her to.
Is it right for her to tell you that she doesn't like sex (with you) and she wants you to accept a no-sex relationship with her? Yeah. I'd say so. She's being honest with you. You seem eager to want her around, so this is the requirement. Since you don't want to break up with her, this is how things would be in the relationship.
I normally will try to rub her shoulder and tell her it's okay and to calm down etc etc. Sometimes I will try to touch her and she says something along the lines of “do not touch me”. I ask her later on when she's calmed down on what I'm supposed to do to help. Am I supposed to comfort you or give you space and normally she tells me ” I don't know”. I don't just leave it at “its okay” I tell her later on that it's not okay for her to lash out at me like that because I'm not her enemy im the person trying to be there and help her.
