I dealt with it by thinking of my friends and co-workers whose parents passed, and I see them doing OK nowadays (in public or at work, of course). It means that I can eventually get through it as well…as you can also.
It sucks..it definitely does…I see some senior citizens reaching 80 or 90 and wish my parents will also…but I also see many people passing away in their 60s and 70s, typical old age stuff, health problems, etc
we don't know which one will be our parents but we just have to accept that it will happen one day.
