You need to ask him to leave YOUR house/condo/apartment at the end of the month (or 2 months if you are feeling generous), tell him you need time to think and be alone. Make him leave keys and even then change the locks to prevent him copying the keys. I think he showed you who he truly is after the first 1 and now he is just using you as a personal care giver, maid, chef and many less polite things. He is only going to keep being civil until he forgets again and slips back to his true ways.
Once he leaves to give you space wait a month or 2 and then break up fully and tell him you “can't continue living the lie that you have been living since he clearly is only lying about loving you and using you in all the wrong ways”. Do not explain further and possibly before breaking up take the time to get a restraining order at the police station. Don't allow further communication form him or any of his friends.
After you break up and go find a partner who can love, cherish and respect you.
