Speaking as someone who has been where she's been, it absolutely fucking sucks being that insecure. I wouldn't believe what some comments are saying that someone is telling her you are or that she is and projecting. It could just be (like it was that me) that she comes from some messed up examples of how to conduct yourself in a relationship and or/has been messed about by guys in the past.
Either way, what she did is inexcusable and a complete violation of your privacy. Even if you'd told your mates you had a crush on this therapist that doesn't mean you've done anything wrong. She needs clear and indisputable boundaries that you're willing to enforce, be clear and calm and as gentle as you can if you love this woman but don't waver on them. She also could really do with a therapist herself and do some very hot growing up. She can change, but she'll have to work on it.
