Go ask your female Latina relatives if they cuddle with their friends. also, stop comparing it to your relationships with your guy friends. When is the last time you told them about an intimate personal feeling? When is the last time you’ve seen one of them cry? When is the last time you’ve given one of them a hug? When is the last time you’ve told one of them you love them? I am a Latino woman and I can say none of that is missing in my friendships, but it usually is missing from friendships with men. The reason that your girlfriend can cuddle with these people and it not be romantic is because women feel safer with each other and are allowed to develop deeper friendships without it having to have romantic connotation, and men and women friendships aren’t often given that luxury.
It sounds like you're not ready for a relationship. Try extrapolating your relationship out a few years—do you genuinely think the problems you listed will be fixed? If you're making a sincere effort and he's not willing to be patient with you, then he shouldn't be with you. On the other hand, if you're not willing to radically change your behaviors and put forth your absolute best effort to remediate your bad habits, you shouldn't be with him.
