   Ok aside from the rest of this post – this sounds like an excuse. She's 28 now. She's had 10 years of legal adulthood to find friends. She obviously found someone to marry. Plenty of people don't have friends from childhood but just from adulthood.

   It does suck that your friends' partners didn't end up following through on the bachelorette party. That really sucks. But… they're apparently not really her friends. In your fiancee's time with you, she hasn't become friends with them. I get that it would be super weird to go the bachelorette party of someone you barely know.

   I'd say comfort your fiancee for now, don't blow up at your friends, if you simply must express disappointment to their wives do so very gently (“Fiancee was really looking forward to this, and was disappointed you weren't able to come, as was I.” END OF.), and after this help your fiancee develop some hobbies or something where she can meet and make her own friends.
