Girlfriend (20f) told me (21m) that she feels disturbed because I want to have sex with her on a normal basis. How do I go about this?

We used to have sex a lot on a normal basis until we moved in then, now I’m lucky to get it once every few months after begging everyday being told “maybe” and “probably”. We had a discussion today about our lack of sex and I told her I was a healthy man with hormones and would like to have sex more often and she told me that it’s disturbing how if we’re chilling like cuddling I would rub on her just because. She told me it’s also disturbing that I ask her for sex ever day (because we never have sex at all and I’m asking for the bare minimum). She told me I was too focused on sex and told me that’s unhealthy, I told her that us having sex every few months after me begging for any sign of sexual attention Is unhealthy which makes me feel ugly and unattractive.
