1. I feel like you’re way more invested in this friendship than he is. He seems to see you as just someone to hang out with during work whereas you’re treating him more like your bestie. 5. It's not weird. You just feel ousted because formerly you could sleep with your GF all the time. That's understandable that you would feel that way. You don't have to agree to this arrangement, but I think it's a small sacrifice to make.
