The age gap is the problem. You started with a teenage girl. She's now a new adult, reevaluating her choices, and changing directions. She outgrew the relationship, which is entirely predictable.
There really is nothing for it but to let her go and make better choices next time you date. Don't go for a teenager if what you want is settled and stable. She's not your only chance at love.
