You've got a fundamental incompatibility issue with the bf. He wants bio kids. You do not. That's not something that people can compromise on. Either he bullies you into having a kid and it destroys your mental health and leaves you resenting both him and the kid, or you stand your ground and he comes to resent you for “taking that chance away from him”. It doesn't mean either of you are right or wrong, you're both entitled to your feelings and desires around the issue, but this can't be negotiated through in a way that will satisfy both of you. Your mom…that's a harder one. I would suggest declaring sex and sexuality a forbidden topic. Not rudely, but simply by saying “I am no longer willing to discuss this issue with you. This is my body and my life and it is not up for debate anymore.” Then, if she brings it up again, immediately remove yourself from the situation. Leave, hang up the phone, walk into a different room, whatever. Fair warning, this will probably piss her off, but 1: you're an adult and you don't need your mother's sign-off on your sexuality, and 2: with enough repetition she should eventually learn to keep her pushy opinions to herself bc if she doesn't she doesn't get to talk to you.
