2. You’ve got multiple issues going on here.

   1) your partner has unmitigated mental health issues and refuses to seek help. This is now having an impact on your mental health.

   2) you need a job but you’ve made some aesthetic choices that impact your employability.

   For issue number one, I think it’s time to let them know that they need to seek help and make some improvement else you need to rethink being in this relationship.

   For issue number two, you could remove your piercings. Fair or not, you’re going to find that you will be passed over in many companies due to the aesthetic as it’s largely not considered professional.

   I’m surprised your partner isn’t bothered and stressed by your lack of income.
