On 1/22 I was 340, I didn't feel attractive. I haven't ever felt it. But I started to focus on me, forced myself to start to walk. Start slowly adjusting my diet. I learned to bake. Slowly started only drinking water and black coffee. I am down 95 pounds do far. 15 more and I will be tapering off. And the only things I did was change me.
Don't do drastic changes. Slowly cut and adjust the diet. Slowly add in walking to your day. A quick 15 min walk every few hours really ads up. Eventually you will get to multiple miles. Now I run interval. Every other quarter mile goes from quick run to quick walk.
It takes no time at all to destroy who you are mentally. It takes a long time to build yourself back up. But you have to be the one to do it. You have to be the person who has your back and keeps you going.
A little self love will go a long way. Groom yourself, shave, nails, hair. Even as a guy those things are huge.
