Our conversation revolved around unequal opportunities. I was giving him examples of the situation. He believed he was not oppressed. I simply explained the history behind oppression. He did not want to listen.
Easiest way is just to tell him, and ignore whatever the opinions of others are. Who cares if you put that label on yourself, youβre young and still figuring your life out.
I think the only other thing I could really think of is finding maybe other people who struggled with the same issue.
I dunno what podcasts are out there exactly, but maybe finding literature or reading/ listening material about reworking sex communication / relationship communication in the meantime
