If you’re drunk enough to black out then you weren’t able to consent. It’s as simple as that.
If (and that’s a big if) the other person was also impaired with alcohol, then a argument could be made of it not being a SA. But that’s not the case here in both situations.
They’re not your friends, OP. They’re rapists who take advantage of your defenseless state. No decent person would have sex with someone who is clearly drunk enough to pass out, even if you (teoretically) had made advances in your impaired state. A decent person would let you sleep.
I’d report them. If they did it to you, they’ll do it to someone else. It may amount to nothing, the justice system being biased as it is, but you’ll feel better knowing you stood for yourself.
