1. Same thing happened to me at your age. I felt like I was going to die too. They really do turn so cold, it's like you don't even know the person anymore. It's probably going to hurt for a couple years tbh, but I promise it gets better. I'm now married to a wonderful partner and I don't feel pain when I think of that ex now.
