2. I have discussed about this with her in the past. She said she is exhausted by end of the day. I tried to do more and take few things off her plate, but all the time that frees up she uses to talk to her parents or planning social engagements

   Reading that she is willing to put an effort into social engagements and not into your relationship does not paint a good picture. I'm changing my stance about cheating to more likely.
