Not just that she doesn't want to see it, but you just told her that you enjoyed sex with your ex more than with her. And you nearly violated your ex's privacy in a terrible way and left your GF wondering why you still have a video of your ex. That takes us back to the first point – she's thinking you have it because the sex was better and you want to remember/get off to it. I don't know that this is salvageable.
