Your friend sounds like a bad therapist.
If your partner has been having sex with anyone without you knowing about it, that means he's been lying to you and putting your health at risk (potential STIs). If he's been visiting an escort in a dodgy part of town, then that raises other concerns – how much money is he spending, are these sex workers consenting or have they been exploited, are they of legal age, etc etc etc.
I think you ought to talk to him. Tell him that if he needs a massage, you'd feel better if he went to a different place during daylight hours. Maybe you guys could go together. There's no valid reason for him to say no to an actual massage, by a professional, from a reputable massage therapy place.
Whether or not this is a big enough problem for you to end the relationship, only you can answer that. Not us, not your friend. You have to figure out where your boundaries are, and how important they are to you.
Also, go get a full STI screening.
