The way you talk about your girlfriend is appalling. It's one thing to be disappointed by incompatible lifestyles, and that on its own would be totally valid. Instead, you're clearly disgusted by her weight gain on a visceral level, and you're infantilizing her by saying her being hangry “isn't cute anymore” (was her discomfort cute when she was thin?) You should leave so she can find a better partner who sees her as a human being.
