If she's still like this after 7 years of dating she'll probably be like that after another 7 years. You have to decide if you want to find another gf or accept it. You could also cheat but I don't recommend that. But if you do just be careful and don't leave a trail.
These commenters are being a bit harsh on you imo. You feel upset and embarrassed about your connection to her and what she's posting publicly, whether it's jealousy or not is kind of irrelevant. These are feelings and they're ok to feel.
Obviously you can't control what she's doing or what she posts so I would strongly recommend blocking her on all social media so you don't have to see these posts or anything regarding her. It would be reasonable to ask friends not to talk about these things with you too much as well.
Hopefully not seeing this stuff will help you to move on but if you find that after blocking her this is still effecting your mood and life then consider talking to a therapist. That's really all you can do in this situation.
