2. You're spot on. Depending on where in the world OP is, there are whole government departments who handle this sh!t. It's absolutely not a moral quandary for Reddit. Get the proper authorities involved and follow the legally mandated instructions.

3. What’s with all the hints? If you want to have intimacy, tell him. If you were disappointed by his lack of actions for V Day or for always being the one to initiate, tell him.

4. He isn’t giving “excuses” he’s giving reasons. He doesn’t want to on-line in the small town YOU chose to online in. He’s his own person.
