Sure, its normal for couples to check in with each other about social plans but if he has to have your location on and grills you about it to the point that you're uncomfortable, thats goes beyond checking in into controlling/possessive behavior.
He is sexually assaulting you when you're sleeping. This is not okay since Im assuming you didnt consent to such a situation.
Im assuming your mom is emotionally abusive to you as well. You're 20. You dont need her permission to leave someone who is abusing you. A healthy parent would not want her child to be treated this way, nor would they tell you that this is the best you can do. There are plenty of ppl of all genders and expressions that wont abuse you. It seems like perhaps you live with her and that may complicate things but i suggest you stop going to her for advice. She is clearly in no position to help you.
If it is important to you to be in an exclusive relationship then it's OK to say that. If he isn't willing to be exclusive that's OK too but it means you two are fundamentally incompatible.
AND STOP HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX WITH SOMEONE YOU BARELY KNOW WHO IS MAYBE ALSO SLEEPING WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
