Infertility just means that in can be harder to conceive, not that you can't conceive. And having a low sperm count doesn't mean that you can't get your wife pregnant. It also doesn't mean that you have always had a low sperm count, there could be any number of reasons to have a decrease in sperm production over the years.
Think of it like this, if you no longer see her as someone you love, just a roommate you’re afraid of, then time to end it.
Her situation is not your problem to fix. She’s an adult who has made some serious choices that are going to get her arrested.
My worry is if she loses it again, she may lie and say you attacked her and she just was defending herself. You need to get away from her as quickly as possible or else you could end up being arrested.
