Without knowing the context around why they don't get along, it's hard to know what's right here.
If the issues are minor, then they're both putting their egos above you and you children. Making them see it like this might help.

Stick to meals weekly for a bit and get her to do what you've already asked well and consistently, and then add in a new task and repeat. It'll gradually allow her to understand meals you guys like and be more confident as she picks up each step.

I have been seeing quite a few comments, some of them for some reason I can't respond to, but a couple people saying my fiancé's lying, my fiancé's family's lying, and I know that is 100% not true. I've known them over 4 years, they would never lie about something like that. They definitely didn't know. This is honestly my first Reddit/advice post, but I've been on this site for a while so I knew exactly what to expect lol

I think the best option would be to replicate this one with real materials because from what I've researched, I'm afraid this ring won't even make it to our wedding (we're doing a long-term engagement).
