I think you need to look at everything as a whole rather than just whether or not you've been good enough to her or fixed behaviours she hasn't liked.
Every question you've asked yourself about the way you've treated her or done things for her, ask the same with the positions in reverse. It's a two way street.
Do you treat her well? Does she treat you well?
Do you take care of her? Does she take care of you?
Do you care about her feelings? Does she care about your feelings?
It sounds like she hurts more than helps your mental health, and just gives you more anxiety. This girl has a lot of red flags around her and lot of toxic behaviours that don't bode well for you, and probably her friends too.

I’m a Latina and unfortunately this is normal. Fortunately there are those of us who know not to give handouts to family like this so my suggestion is to break up. Family mostly comes first in Latin culture
