It’s not ok that they were sharing this dude’s nudes in the group chat. You can absolutely express discomfort with that, but it doesn’t seem like that’s the part that was upsetting to you.
Your sexual insecurity is not her problem to manage, it’s yours. You have eyes, you see when other people are attractive. It presumably does not impact your attraction to your girlfriend. It’s the same thing here, she can acknowledge that someone else is attractive without it having anything to do with you.
