When you went drinking you didn't care that you had a gf, even if you didn't cheat. You disrespected her and your relationship because you didn't even think about her at all. How could she trust you when you forget about her when in a vulnerable position (drunk)? How could she trust you when you deliberately hid from her that you were going out? And then bringing a girl home?? Even if nothing happened it's still a breach of trust.
If you want this relationship to continue you need to cut back on your drinking and think about your gf. You did disrespect her and your relationship when you hid that you were going out and forgot she existed when you invited a girl to sleep in your apartment.
Also, apologize, properly. You seem to want to find excuses but not actually apologize. Say what you did wrong, say what that made her feel, apologize for it and have a plan on how you won't do it again. And stick to it.
