1. He really doesn't sound like he's worth the effort of going to therapy. He doesn't want to change and knows that cheating is wrong but he knows he can get away with it. If you can't move back home soon look into saving up and finding an apartment. You don't owe him sex ever. Take this as an opportunity to change your life and decide what would make you really happy.

2. At this point this is resting solely on a comment from one girl that's refusing to provide any details.

   People's definition of “taking advantage of drunk girls” can vary wildly from:

   “she had a beer before making out with him”

   to

   “she was passed out and he…” (I don't need to spell out the rest)

   Without knowing this girls definition of “taking advantage of drunk girls”, there's not much to go off of. It is however concerning that she was brave, or crazy enough to throw the allegation out there. Time to try figuring out which of the two it was.
